Take a shipment from booking to delivery on one system — cargo receipt with chargeable weight, master and house air waybills, flight manifests, GST-ready invoicing with IATA weight breaks, payments and margin per shipment. One platform, zero spreadsheets.
Purpose-built for exports out of India — whether you consolidate many shippers on one master waybill or move a single shipper's cargo direct.
Many shippers on one MAWB — each with their own House AWB, weights and invoice.
Direct shipments booked against an airline's master waybill, billed per shipment.
Receive cargo, weigh and measure, build the manifest, mark departed, arrived and delivered.
GST invoices, receipts with TDS, vendor bills and airline payables, ledgers and ageing.
Monthly volumes, P&L per flight and margin per shipment — without the month-end scramble.
Every step of the air shipment lives in one place — booking to delivery, then billing and reporting.
Book a shipment, receive it at the terminal, and record pieces and dimensions. AirEx works out volume weight and the chargeable weight for you, so the number on the waybill and the invoice is the same number.
Create the master air waybill against the airline with a number that is check-digit validated, add flight legs, and put shipments on it. Totals are summed from the shipments, never typed in. Departing and arriving move every shipment on the MAWB together.
Each shipment gets its own House AWB with an auto-generated number. When you issue it, the document and its weights are frozen — so what the shipper holds always matches your records. If something is wrong, amend it under the same number with a revision history.
One invoice per shipment, priced the way airlines price: a per-kg rate with optional IATA weight breaks and a minimum charge, plus fuel and security surcharges and flat other charges. Overseas bill-to parties are zero-rated automatically; domestic ones are taxed by place of supply.
The modules that turn a booking system into a full operating platform.
The airline's freight bill is one bill for many shipments. Mark it as a MAWB bill and AirEx shares it over the House AWBs by chargeable weight — exact to the paisa.
Shippers are emailed at Booked, Received, Manifested, Departed, Arrived, Delivered, House AWB issued and amended, and Offloaded — per shipper, with TO/CC lists.
Monthly, P&L per MAWB, Margin per shipment, Ageing, Party and Vendor ledgers, Payments, TDS, Pending Invoices and GSTR-1 HSN — all exportable to Excel.
Amend, void, undo and re-book — every correction needs a reason, and non-admins go through a checker. Nothing is silently overwritten.
Parties, airports, airlines and their AWB prefixes, HSN codes — with safe bulk Excel import that skips duplicates on re-upload.
Role-based permissions, maker-checker approval, session controls, account lockout and a full audit trail of who changed what.
AirEx mirrors how an air export desk already works — just faster, and without the re-typing.
Create the shipment, then record pieces and dimensions when the cargo reaches the terminal. Chargeable weight is calculated.
Put shipments on an open master air waybill for the right lane. Totals follow automatically.
Issue each House AWB, print the documents, and mark the MAWB departed — every shipment moves together.
Mark arrival, then delivery. A reminder keeps cargo from sitting undelivered.
Raise the GST invoice, record receipts and TDS, enter the airline's bill, and read margin per shipment.
